Daily Rates are for a minimum two (2) nights plus 12.5% surcharge for public holidays. Weekly rates are for seven (7) nights inclusive. Tariffs are in Australian dollars. Children up to twelve (12) years of age charged at half the adult daily rates, standby daily rates during holiday periods subject to availability and negotiation. Departure time before 10:30 am and arrival after 3.30 pm, the number of tenants not to exceed the number of persons noted in the booking confirmation form. Key deposit $20 refundable upon return of keys. Accommodation deposits - 50% required at the time of booking, balance due 21 days before arrival date, we take Bankcard, Mastercard, VISA and EFTPOS, cheques only accepted for 50% deposits. Cancellation fee $75 - payments are fully refundable if advised in writing, (e-mail) within seven days of issuing a receipt or if we are able to re-let at 100% of letting tariff. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival - No refund. Tea & Coffee making facilities included in ALL rates. A complimentary continental breakfast basket included in Daily Rates.
